2017 Do Good Fest Was All New England

We’ve enjoyed featuring some of the best musical acts we can find from around Vermont at each of our six Do Good Fests.

And in the fourth annual edition in 2017, we were able to showcase New England talent throughout the show, from the local performers to the national headliner.

Guster, based in Boston but whose leader guitarist and vocalist Ryan Miller is from Vermont, capped a day that drew 7,000 people and raised $35,000 for the Branches of Hope cancer patient fund.

Also on the bill that day were the Adam Ezra Group of Boston and Dwight & Nicole and Kat Wright, both from Burlington.

Check out the playlist from the 2017 show and find some of the video memories of the day above.

There’s no Do Good Fest on Saturday this year, as we’d planned, because we paused the shows during this time of Covid-19 uncertainty.

But the happy memories and the great cause remain.
