National Life Group Do Good Fest® to Provide Half a Million Meals for North Texas Children

National Life Group Do Good Fest® brought together thousands of concertgoers at Levitt Pavilion Arlington on Saturday, October 24, raising $105,000 for Tarrant Area Food Bank's Ready to Learn® initiative, totaling over half a million meals for North Texas children in need.

The annual benefit concert, which combines live music with community giving, celebrated its fifth year at Levitt Pavilion and featured multi-platinum rock band Barenaked Ladies and Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Lisa Loeb, performing with the original members of Nine Stories. The evening opened with Chad Hollister and Emery Dunham, a sophomore at The Colony High School, who was selected as the 2026 National Life Group Beats for Good performer.

“Do Good Fest is a powerful example of what happens when a community comes together around a shared purpose,” said John Mullett, President of National Life Group Foundation. “For five years, North Texans have shown up not just for the music, but to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local children and families. We’re proud to partner with Tarrant Area Food Bank to help fight childhood hunger and grateful to the artists, sponsors and thousands of attendees who continue to make this mission possible."

Do Good Fest festivalgoers enjoyed live performances, food trucks, a VIP lounge and more, all while supporting one of National Life Group's core causes: ending childhood hunger.

Since expanding Do Good Fest to Texas in 2021, National Life Group has helped raise more than $400,000 to support children and families across North Texas. Learn more about the Do Good Fest concert series.
